Molly Beauty Supply offers standard USPS 4 to 5 days Priority shipping withing the United States. We ship international also using USPS 6 to 10 days Priority shipping depending on the country for additional shipping fees. Once a package is shipped out to the address submitted to us at the time of the order, both local and international, will not be subject to changes.

RETURN POLICY:   CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHOICE OF PRODUCTS & COLORS.

RETURNING A PRODUCT WILL BE AFTER SENDING US EMAIL TO DISCUSS REASONS.  PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL FACTORY CONDITION WITH THE TAGS.   WE CHARGE RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. 

THIS COST MUST BE SENT TO US PRIOR TO EXCHANGE.    SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEM THAT HAVE YET TO ARRIVE IN CUSTOMERS HANDS.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE AND WILL NOT REFUND ANY TRANSCTIONS DUE TO LOST
